64.2No permission for construction of a building to be used as a cinema hail, theatre or auditoria for cultural show shall be granted unless the construction of such buildings conforms to the provisions of the Jharkhand cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1954 or any other law in the subject for the time being in force in the State.
