Section 23 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
23. Directors.
(1)There shall be the following whole time Directors who shall be appointed by the Pro Chancellor :(i)a Director for operations in the State of Nagaland; and(ii)as many Directors, as required to be fixed by regulations for looking after the operations outside the State of Nagaland.(2)The Directors shall not hold office beyond the age of 62 years.(3)Their other terms and conditions shall be as per regulations.
