Section 23(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)There shall be the following whole time Directors who shall be appointed by the Pro Chancellor :(i)a Director for operations in the State of Nagaland; and(ii)as many Directors, as required to be fixed by regulations for looking after the operations outside the State of Nagaland.
