Pravidhik Shiksha Institution Receiving Grant-in-Aid from the Government (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2014Published vide Notification No. 19874/Pra.Shi.Pa./Parishad-14 Regulations-2014 Lucknow, dated February 4, 2014In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification No. 19874/Pra.Shi.Pa./Parishad-14 Regulations, 2014, dated 4 February, 2014.In exercise of the powers under Section 23 of the Uttar Pradesh Prvidhik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1962 (U.P. Act No. 17 of 1962) read with Section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clause Act, 1904 (U.P. Act No. 1 of 1904) the Board with the approval of the State Government makes the following regulation with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Pravidhik Shiksha Institution Receiving Grant-in-Aid from the Government Regulations, 1996.

1. Short title and commencement.

(1)These regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Pravidhik Shiksha Institution Receiving Grand-in-Aid from the Government (Third Amendment) Regulation, 2014
(2)They shall come into force with effect from date of their publication in the Gazette.

2. Amendment of Appendix "A.

- In the Uttar Pradesh Pravidhik Shiksha Institution Receiving Grand-in-Aid from the Government Regulations, 1996 hereinafter referred to as the said regulation, in Appendix "A" for the entries at serial numbers 1 and 1(a) set out in column I below the entries as set out in column II shall be substituted, namely-

  Note-Experienceof the Government Aided institutions/ institute/public sectorundertaking or Limited organization will be acceptable andcounted after the candidate has attained the said academicqualification.         3-10 years experience of teaching on the post of the Head ofDepartment or Lecturer or senior managerial post in anyGovernment institutions/Department/Public Sector undertaking orlimited company. Three Year relaxation in experience for Holdersof Master's degree in engineering or technology.4-Knowledge ofHindi.Note-Experience of the Government, Aidedinstitutions/ institute/public sector undertaking or Limitedorganization will be acceptable and counted after the candidateattained the said academic qualification.
