40. Height of a building.
- 40.1 The height of the building shall be governed by the limitations of Floor Area Ratio, open space (setbacks), and the width of the street facing the plot described as detailed below:40.1.1The maximum height of a building shall in no case exceed (1.5 times the width of the road on which the plot abuts) + Road widening + the front setback.40.1.2If a building abuts on two or more streets of different widths, the building shall be deemed to face upon the street that has the greater width and the height of the building shall be regulated by the width of that street.| Distance from nearest runway end (In metres) | Maximum Permissible height above the elevation ofthe nearest runway end |
