Section 3(1) in Telangana Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)The Government may, by notification,-(a)appoint such persons, being gazetted officers of Government, as it thinks fit, to be competent authorities for the purpose of this Act;(b)specify the limits within which the competent authority shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the functions imposed on such authority by or under this Act.
