Section 14(1) in Jamadar, Class-III, Prohibition and Excise (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the main examination unless the Board is satisfied that-(i)the candidate possesses the required qualifications under the recruitment rules of the post;(ii)he /she has paid the requisite fees along with the applications.
