Section 14 in Jamadar, Class-III, Prohibition and Excise (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
14. Decision of Board to be final.
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the main examination unless the Board is satisfied that-(i)the candidate possesses the required qualifications under the recruitment rules of the post;(ii)he /she has paid the requisite fees along with the applications.(2)The decision of the Board as to the eligibility of a candidate for admission to the main examination shall be final.(3)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the main examination unless the Board is satisfied that the candidate is eligible in all respect and has complied with all the requirements.
