Section 21(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)Certain officers of the University namely,-(i)Vice-Chancellor;(ii)Registrar;(iii)Deans of Faculties;(iv)Director of Research;(v)Director of Extension;(vi)Dean of Student Affairs; and(vii)Controller of Examinations must possess Post Graduate Degree and Doctoral Degree in any branch of Fisheries Sciences and these Degrees must be awarded by the State Agricultural/Veterinary/Fisheries University or the Institutes under Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
