Section 21(1)(vii) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020

(vii)Controller of Examinations must possess Post Graduate Degree and Doctoral Degree in any branch of Fisheries Sciences and these Degrees must be awarded by the State Agricultural/Veterinary/Fisheries University or the Institutes under Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
