(9)(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of the rules or bye-laws of the society, the voting shall be by secret ballot as required under sub-section (2) of Section 65.(b)The Election Officer shall maintain order in the election meeting and shall see that election is fairly conducted. For this purpose he may take the help of police assistance.
