Section 4(1) in M.P. Farmers' Organisation Rules, 1999
(1)Notice of every meeting shall be given by the Managing Committee of Farmers' Organisation to all the members at least seven days in advance, specifying the place, date, time and agenda items for the meeting :Provided that in cases of emergency a meeting may be called at three days advance notice.
