Section 82(1) in Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012
(1)No license shall be granted within a distance of;(i)one kilometre from the site of source of such mineral for which licence is sought;(ii)fifty metres of the outer edge of the berm of any National Highway or a State Highway or a Major District Road; and(iii)ten metres from the outer edge of the berm of all other roads in the State.
