Section 73(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(1)Every Urban Police Station, Urban Police Sub-Division and Urban Police District shall have a Police Control Room operational 24 hours and fully equipped with communication and transport facilities, and emergency services as may be deemed necessary.
