Section 1 in The New Mangalore Port Employees (Festival Advances) Amendment Regulations, 2005

(i)These Regulations may be called the New Mangalore Port Employees (Festival Advances) Amendment Regulations, 2005.(ii)The said Regulations shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.(iii)In the existing New Mangalore Port Employees (Festival Advances) Regulations, 1994 and as amended from time to time, for the existing Regulation 3(1) the following shall be substituted, namely :-
