Section 5A(2)(ii) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(ii)Merit list of candidates referred to in clause (b) of sub-rule (1), shall be prepared on the basis of merit ranks obtained in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).
