Section 16(ii) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(ii)Award-lists should be sent a sealed Registered cover addressed by name to the Registrar. If the Examiner desires, a receipt for the award-list despatched by him, he may, at his own discretion, register the cover acknowledgement due. Awards should not be sent along with the answer-books but must be sent separately under registered cover.
