Section 6(9) in Andhra Pradesh Language Pandit Training Colleges (Regulation of Admissions into Pandit Training courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2007
(9)The candidates admitted into Unaided Pandit Training College shall pay at the time of admission the fees payable as prescribed by the AFRC. However, in respect of SC/ST students to whom the Government reimburses the Tuition Fee, shall be admitted without insisting on spot payment of Tuition Fee.
