Section 91(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Wakafs Act, 2001
(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :-(a)the time and place of the meetings of the Council ;(b)the procedure and conduct of business at the time of the council meetings ;(c)the allowance or fees to be paid to the Chairman or members of the Council or members of the Committee ;(d)the terms and conditions of service of the persons engaged by Auqaf ;(e)the form of application for registration of Wakafs, further particulars to be contained therein and manner and place of registrations of Wakaf ;(f)other particulars to be contained in the register of Wakafs ;(g)the form in which and the time within the budgets of Wakafs may be prepared and approved by the Council ;(h)the books to be kept at the office of the Council ;(i)the manner in which the accounts of Wakaf may be kept audited and the contents of the auditor's report ;(j)the method of calculating the income of the Wakaf ;(k)the fees payable for inspection of proceedings and records of the Council/Committee or for issue of copies of the same ; and(l)any other matter which may be prescribed.
