19. Manner of packing, fastening and sealing the sample under Section 16 of the Act.
- All samples of seed sent for analysis shall be packed, fastened and scaled in the following manner: -(a)The packet shall first be tightly fastened so as to prevent leakage of the containers in transit;(b)The packet shall then be completely wrapped in fairly strong thick polythene cover. The ends of the cover shall be neatly covered by sealing with tape or with country twine;(c)The packet with cover shall be further secured by placing the covered sample in a container. The opening of the container shall be sealed intact.
