Section 3(1) in Kerala Electricity Supply Code, 2005
(1)A Code review panel shall be setup to review this Code by the Board or its successor body engaged in distribution with the approval of the Commission. The Panel shall consist of representatives from various entities of electricity industry. The Code Review Panel may suggest suitable changes, if any, in the Code. The Commission may notify such changes after appropriate scrutiny and approval. The Panel shall have Members comprising representatives from following organisations.
