Section 88(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(2)Every appeal shall comply with the following requirements:(a)it shall be written in Hindi or English or if not written in Hindi be accompanied by a translated copy in Hindi and shall be signed.(b)it shall be couched in polite and respectful language and shall be free from unnecessary padding or superfluous verbiage.(c)it shall contain all material statements and arguments relied on and shall be complete in itself.(d)it shall specify the relief desired.
