Section 5 in Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987
5. Objects of the University.
(1)The University shall extend and regulate its functions for the following objects, namely :-(a)for imparting education in agriculture and allied and different branches of study ;(b)for the advancement of learning and research work in agriculture and allied sciences ;(c)for undertaking extension education programmes specially for the rural people of the State of Rajasthan ; and(d)for such other work activity or project as the University may deem proper to undertake in order to achieve the objects for which it has been established.
