Section 5(1) in Andhra Pradesh Special Protection Force Rules, 2000
(1)No person shall be eligible for appointment by promotion or appointment by transfer for categories 1 and 2 of Class -A and Category 1 of Class-B unless he or she possesses a degree of the recognized University of India.
