Section 18 in The Rajasthan Indian Medicine Act, 1953
18. Procedure at meetings.
(1)The Chairman or in his absence the Vice Chairman shall preside at every meeting of the Board. In the absence of both, the members present shall elect one among themselves for the purpose.(2)All questions at a meeting of the Board shall be decided by the votes of the majority of the members present and voting, in case of equality of votes, the person presiding shall have a second or casting vote.
