Section 30(4) in Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University Act, 2015
(4)The Committee shall,-(a)be responsible for finalising the plans and estimates of the various building projects and for ensuring the completion of the buildings and for proper utilisation of the grants received from the University Grants Commission (UGC), the State Government or from any agency;(b)be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the University buildings;(c)assess the cost of repairs, additions, alteration and demolition of the University buildings annually and prepare the budget for the same to be submitted for approval of the Finance Committee and Executive Council;(d)exercise such powers, as delegated to it by the Executive Council.
