Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (tariff for Captive Power Plants) Regulations, 2007
(1)Grid connectivity charges. -(a)The connectivity of CPP to Grid or State transmission system shall be governed by the connection conditions stipulated under State Grid Code and Connectivity Regulations of Central Electricity Authority, as & when notified in accordance with sub-section (b) of Section 73 of the Electricity Act 2003.(b)The Commission shall specify from time to time the 'Grid connectivity charges' to be applicable for parallel operation of the CPP with the grid separately.
