Section 20(4) in H.P. Agricultural and Horticultural Produce Marketing (Development And Regulation) Act, 2005
(4)Objections and suggestions received under sub-section (3) within the stipulated period shall be considered and decided by the State Government and thereafter the State Government may, by notification,-(a)include the area or any part thereof in the market area or exclude it therefrom;(b)constitute a new Committee for the market area amalgamated; or(c)split up an existing market area and constitute two or more Committees for such areas, as the case may be; or(d)to de-establish a market.
