46D.
(1)As each voter approaches the Presiding Officer, he shall check up the eligibility with reference to the working copy of the Electoral Roll and after being satisfied shall send him to the Polling Officer who shall put an indelible ink mark on the voter's left forefinger.(2)Any reference to the left forefinger in Sub-rule (1) shall mean the left forefinger as prescribed in Clause (d) of Rule 41.
