(2)The Committee shall exercise the following powers and perform the following duties :-(i)to approve the budget of the University;(ii)to consider Annual Accounts and financial estimates placed before it by the Comptroller and pass them without modification or with modification as it may deem fit;(iii)to lay before the Board annually a full statement of the financial requirements of the University.
