Section 32 in Rajasthan Rural Ayurvedic, Unani, Homoeopathy and Naturopathy Subordinate Service Rules, 2008
32. Seniority.
- Seniority of persons appointed to the post encadred in the service shall be determined from the date of appointment on the post after regular selection in accordance with the provisions of these rules Appointment on ad-hoc or urgent temporary basis shall not be deemed to be appointment after regular selection;Provided-(1)That the seniority inter se of the persons appointed to the posts in a particular category by direct recruitment on the basis of one and the same selection , except those who do not join service when a vacancy is offered to them, within a period of six weeks from the date of issue of order unless the period is extended by the appointing authority shall follow the order in which they have been placed in the list prepared by the Appointing Authority under rule 25;(2)That the persons selected and appointed as a result of selection, which is not subject to review and revision, shall rank senior to the persons who are selected and appointed as a result of subsequent selection;(3)That the further inter se seniority of persons promoted to the post of rural compounder/ nurse senior grade shall be determined, under provision of Rajasthan Ayurvedic, Unani, Homeopathy, and Naturopathy Subordinate Service, Rules, 1966
