Section 43(iii) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(iii)It shall be obligatory on the part of the publisher/author not only to mention the fact that the question/question paper(s) was/were being published under permission by the Board but he shall specifically quote the number and date of the said permission letter.
