27. Modification of plans.
(1)All modification of plans if required shall be done by Authority within permissible parameters as provided under the provisions of these rules.(2)For change of use of a building or part of a building, the plan for part of the building in which change of use is proposed shall be submitted along with an application for the change of use. Processing fee shall be paid as specified in the Schedule VIII.
