Section 79J(1) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013
(1)After examination of the detailed and comprehensive proposal, the Administrative Department shall submit detailed and comprehensive proposal along with its recommendation to SLEC for consideration. The Administrative Department shall also indicate the budgetary provisions for the project proposal.
