Section 8(3) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(3)The Member-Secretary of the Board shall -(a)be a registered veterinary practitioner as per the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984);(b)exercise and perform such powers, duties and functions as may be entrusted to him by the Board by regulations and shall assist the Managing Director of the BOard in all the matters for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of the Act, the rules and the regulations made thereunder;(c)be responsible for keeping the minutes of the meeting of the Board and furnishing a copy thereof to the Government; and(d)discharge such other functions as may be specified by the Board of the Government or the Managing Director.
