Section 170(1) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(1)The Returning Officer shall, after reporting the result of the election under Rule 167, forward the return mentioned in the preceding rule to the Secretary to the Government of Mizoram District Council Affairs Department.
