(5)(a)The Government shall constitute a Search Committee to suggest a panel of names possessing requisite qualification and experience and suitable for being considered for appointment as Chairperson or Member of the Authority.(b)Search Committee shall finalize a panel of suitable persons and forward the same to the Selection Committee.(c)The Selection Committee shall select a panel of eligible persons for each vacancy and recommend the same to the Government within fifteen days from the date of reference made.
