The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners in all these writ petitions are similarly situated and circumstanced as that of the petitioner in W.P.No. 23994(W) of 2015 (Amina Khatun Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) and 283 writ petitions disposed of along with W.P.No. 23994(W) of 2015 by a common judgment and order dated April 12, 2016. In such circumstances, she prays for similar direction.
Some of the Council authorities are presented.
In such circumstances, since these writ petitions involve similar issues and the petitioners are similarly situated and circumstanced as that of the petitioners of W.P.No. 23994(W) of 2015 and 283 other writ petitions, the same direction as issued in Amina 2 Khatun (Supra) by my judgment and order dated April 12, 2016 will apply to the petitioners here.
These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
