Section 125(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)Voltage Rebate. - The Consumers availing electricity at higher voltage shall be entitled to receive the suitable rebate, as stipulated by the Commission. The rebate mechanism for the ensuing year shall be specified in the retail supply tariff order of that year.
