Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transmission Licensee's Standards of Performance) Regulations, 2004
(1)Preliminary Stage. - The time period of one year immediately following approval of these standards shall be considered as Preliminary Stage. During preliminary stage Standards marked at level I shall be achieved. Existing conditions shall prevail in the preliminary stage with all efforts for moving forward to next stage. However all Entities shall endeavor to minimise the duration of the Preliminary Stage.
