Section 6(1) in Surveyor, Class III, Forest Department (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
(1)The candidate who desires to appear at the examination shall be required to submit the application in the form prescribed by the Board or the Authority along with such fees as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
