Section 44(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)For each Department/Faculty, the University shall establish a Board of Study which shall comprise the following :(i)Senior most member of the academic community in the Department/Faculty concerned as the Chairman;(ii)The next senior most member of the academic community in the Department/Faculty concerned as the Vice-Chairman; and(iii)Three members of the Academic Committee in the Department/Faculty as members of the Board.
