(3)Transmission Licensees: Every Transmission Licensee shall comp1y with such technical standards of operation and maintenance of transmission lines, in accordance with this Code, Grid Standards, as may be specified by the Authority and the Indian Electricity Grid Code as applicable to the Intra State Transmission System. It shall be the duty of the transmission licensee.(a)to maintain and operate the transmission system which are licensed to him in the intra state transmission system and comply with the directions of RLDC and SLDC as the case may be.(b)provide non discriminatory open access to its transmission system for use by any licensee or generating company or other users on payment of the charges as determined by the Commission.
