30. Inspection of Colleges and reports.
(1)Every college or institution, affiliated, recognised or approved, as the case may be, shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as may be required, to enable the University to judge the efficiency of such college or institution.(2)The Board shall cause such notice or institution to be inspected from time to time by one or more competent persons authorised in this behalf and a report of the inspection shall be made to the Board.(3)The Board may call upon any such college or institution so inspected to take within a specified period, such action as may appear to it to be necessary.Chapter - VIIAutonomous Colleges, Institutions and University Departments
