Section 6(1) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation Staff (Revised Pay Scales) Regulations, 1983
(1)The Revised pay scales given in the Schedule-I shall apply to every existing Corporation employee provided that such a Corporation employee may elect to continue to draw pay in the existing pay scale till the date on which he earns his next or any Subsequent increment in the existing pay scale or until he vacates his post or ceases to draw pay in that time scale.
