Section 20(1) in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
(1)Licence, certificate and permit shall be issued within time specified below:(a)"A" Class contractor: Within ten days of receipt of complete application;(b)"B" Class contractor: Within seven days of receipt of complete application;(c)"C" Class contractor: Within seven days of receipt of complete application;(d)"D" Class contractor: Within seven days of receipt of complete application;(e)Permit to work for Chartered Electrical Safety Engineer: Within five days of receipt of complete application;(f)Permit to work for Supervisor: Within five days of receipt of complete application.(g)Permit to work as Wireman: Within five days of receipt of complete application(h)SCC to work: Within five days of passing the qualifying examination; and(i)WCC to work: Within five days of passing the qualifying examination.
