(i)Certified copies of any one or more of the documents referred to in Rule 64 may be issued in the manner and o n payment of a fee as provided in the Act or the Rules or bye-laws from time to time.(ii)Any member of the Federation, through his authorised representative, may, at any time during office hours, by making an application to the Managing Director of the Federation and on payment of a fee of Rs. 500 inspect the accounts and the records of the Federation only in so far as they relate to the transactions of the member with the Federation.
