Section 4(3)(ii) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006

(ii)Without prejudice to the above, the main objective of the University shall be lo provide high quality professional technical and technological in campus, class room formal and regularity courses of programmes of study to the students hailing from Nagaland in such subjects, areas and fields of study which are generally not offered by other institutions in Nagaland.
