Section 70(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation And Management) Rules, 2011
(1)The Secretary or any other officer of the Authority duly authorized by the Authority in this behalf shall prepare in form- XIII the Annual Report on or before the 31st day of May following the financial year to which the report relates.
