70. Annual report of the authority
(1)The Secretary or any other officer of the Authority duly authorized by the Authority in this behalf shall prepare in form- XIII the Annual Report on or before the 31st day of May following the financial year to which the report relates.(2)The report so prepared under sub-rule (1) shall be placed before the Authority for approval.(3)After the approval by the Authority, the Annual Report shall be signed and authenticated by the Secretary.(4)Copies of the authenticated report shall be submitted by the Secretary to the Government by or before 31st of June, following the year to which the Annual Report relates.
